DPH enabled build throws at end of 2nd stage in PROPSHEET_Finish()

Is that heap corruption? It happens only when having DPH enabled:
0.4.15-dev-2894-gd066dae_exception2ndStage_withDPH.log

Reproduction steps

• build with system-wide-DPH enabled, like described in https://reactos.org/wiki/Debugging#Debug_Page_Heap_.28DPH.29
• spend tons of RAM to the VM, 1000MB was not enough to complete 1st stage anymore
  (I was able to complete with 1000MB many times before in 0.4.14RC93), now I needed 1600MB in master head 0.4.15-dev-2894-gd066dae
• at end of 2nd stage it will throw an exception

Expected result

• no such exception
