install the app, then try to uninstall it via rapps.
It will start to do some MSI stuff, but the uninstall will fail with:

We do see no GUI at all while this happens.

Contrary the uninstall via the startmenu entry does work, and it logs the same lines then. This reminds me of many other MSI uninstall issues we do still have.
