Default exe icon in setup of Alreader that reproducibly fixes itself after minimizing the app

    Description

      Start AlReader setup from rapps.
      Initially it erroneously does draw a default-exe-icon instead of the proper one in the taskbar
      But as soon as the application got minimized at least once, the icon gets fixed.

      Note: It may be worth bisecting this, as I noted that to be working in 0.4.13rls. If my notes were not wrong, then it might be that it regressed during 0.4.14-dev'ing.
