MM induced BSOD0x9 IRQL_NOT_GREATER_OR_EQUAL when closing the setup of AlReader

    Description

      Lol, I was brave enough to start a recent master build, and no surprise: I was immediately punished badly within 3mins of usage.
      I just closed the setup of AlReader from rapps, when a spam frenzy started:

      (/ntoskrnl/mm/section.c:4246) Freeing page 38929 for image section B1792570

      Then it hit several assertions, and finally BSOD'ed 0x9.

      Without any doubt a regression of 0.4.15-dev'ing.
