USB devices stop working after usb boot

All are ramstick mode

So I made a USB boot following the instructions on the ReactOS Wiki and when I start it up in any mode it will fail to recognize any usb devices after the drivers finish installing. The usb devices including the drive itself will stop communicating with the computer. I browsed the forums but couldn't find the drivers they were talking about.

INTEL 

So this is a second pc I had and it would get pass the setup screen on the install CD but will lock up during the installation. The live boot version works fine until you open explorer. The computer will do the same thing as what the AMD will do, but the CPU will lock on max fan speed.
