USB Mouse: Hot plugging/passthrough hid issues

    Description

      Passing through mouse in Virtualbox results in hid errors

      Some background information:
      Virtualbox version: 5.2.44r139111
      reactos version: reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-3052-g1e62771-x86-gcc-lin-dbg
      mouse tested: Fury Hunter 2.0 (HID\VID_1BCF&PID_08A0)

      Steps:
      -Install ReactOS in VM
      -While in desktop, pass through the usb mouse and move it a bit
