(Caret) Create Caret doesn't start shown as in Windows or Wine.

Software tested: A demo-example, available here Typer_test.7z from the Charles Petzold's Programming Windows called typer.c .

Description:
A little issue that I have encountered. When CreateCaret command starts, in Windows and Wine, the caret is present. In ReactOS is white (or hidden) at the first step.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Option 1:
Open the .exe available in Debug folder of the 7zip attached. Press "Esc" key when the software is running. CreateCaret seems white.
Option 2:
Open the .exe available in Debug folder of the 7zip attached. Click to the desktop to unselect the Typer.exe window. After that, just click to the window. CreateCaret seems white.

Expected behav:
Should be like in Windows (the blinking continue). In wine, it stays black for few seconds. Videos attached.

Log: No log, nothing relevant on it.
