Unattended setup fails to set resolution

    Description

      When modifying unattend.inf to change the resolution, the system sets the new resolution temporarily.
      After rebooting (automatically, at the end of the unattended setup), the old resolution is back.

      First revision where I noticed this is 7198231, however I assume that is not the cause.
