LiveCD does not import caroots.inf into registry

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1) Init ReactOS as LiveCD
      2) Open regedit
      3) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\AuthRoot\Certificates\
      It's empty, in contrast with bootcd where you can find the CA Root certificates.

      Why Happens? Because caroots.inf, even though present in livecd ISOs, it's only imported by txtsetup.sif, and that file is only generated in bootcd ISOs
