A bug either in comctl32 ListView or in Rapps, double-clicking the bottom-most entry will install nearest neighbor

I think this got worse (or was introduced?) when we switched the rapps icons from 24x24 to 32x32 during 0.4.15-dev'ing (and therefore changed the effective line-spacing in that Listview). It did never happen to me in 0.4.14RC98, at least not that I would remember.

Watch the video, I double-click the AC97 driver and Adobe AIR is not even visible then.

With the first click (of the double-click), the Listview jumps up off-by-one and therefore the second double-click erroneously selects the (previously even invisible) Adobe AIR to install.

It happened hundreds of times for me already in master head by accident. That bug is driving me crazy!
