StartMenu: Window class names, styles, and hierarchy is imcompatible to 2k3

    Description

      According to investigation using WinHier, the properties of our window contols about StartMenu is not compatible to Win2k3.

      1. The class name of the Start Menu should be DV2ControlHost.
      2. The window of DV2ControlHost should be a child of Shell_TrayWnd window.
      3. The windows styles and extended styles maybe differ from Win2k3.
