RAPPS - LicenseInfo not working

I was trying new RAPPS fields, but it looks like LicenseInfo has no effects.

The wiki states that "This is a field in the DB which, when present, changes the way License field in the info is shown",] but if I try to use it there are no changes.

I created four files, attached, (one for each LicenseInfo possible value and one without LicenseInfo) with the ROS Notepad and copied them into rapps folders, they work but there are no visible differences.

ReactOS build 20210911-0.4.15.dev.3132-g0535332.GNU_8.4.0, on VirtualBox 6.1.26 with Guest Additions.
