Add missing icons to pifmgr.dll

Hi!

There are still some missing icons in the pifmgr.dll file, during 2015-2016 most of them were implemented, however the report was closed until the remaining icons were provided. You can see the original report on this link (hbelusca)

Following the recommendation of reactosfanboy I am creating a new report to request to evaluate if the icons that I attach can be included in this dll file and thus already have this complete as well and that Reactos continue to progress.

Thanks, I attach a zip/rar file with missing icons (large and 32 pixels size) and the icons are of public domain the majority or licenses that allow to use them freely.
