EngpUpdateGraphicsDeviceList checks on the wrong device name

    Description

      EngpUpdateGraphicsDeviceList checks if the device already exists by calling EngpFindGraphicsDevice, but that checks on the szWinDeviceName, ("\\.\DISPLAY1") whilst EngpUpdateGraphicsDeviceList passes in 

      "\\Device\\Video0"

      , which is the szNtDeviceName
