      Internet Download Manager (IDM) 6.39.2, dragging the main window is very slow while the log is spammed with

      (win32ss/user/ntuser/cursoricon.c:1929) err: NtGdiAlphaBlend failed!
      		 
      (win32ss/user/ntuser/defwnd.c:1131) err: In Paint and Client area is not empty!
