md5summer, Undesired horizontal scrollbar that should not be there

It is a delphi application. Its sourcecode should be available on md5summer.org

After hashing a file it draws an unintended horizontal scrollbar that shouldn't be there.
You can interact with that scrollbar, so it is no redrawing glitch just, but the scrollbar is actually there.
The bug is nothing new, I noticed it the first time for ros 0.4.9-RC32-tests and all releases since then were affected.
Up to now I always linked the glitch against CORE-13918 (to avoid creating dupes). But since that one is fixed now, we can see, that the md5summer issue actually requires its own ticket.

Expected result
no horizontal scrollbar should exist here. Even in case we would enlarge that Listview in x, there should no scrollbar appear
