Regression in notepad es-ES.rc warning RC4204

I noticed it when compiling MSVC2010 rls config in 0.4.14-RC-104-g8632c99.

most likely 'triggered' by 0.4.14-dev-1321-gd6e0fe7
and fixed by
0.4.15-dev-2469-gd0bb775.
Although not entirely perfect. We should go the route proposed in the comment-section:

"R", CMD_REPLACE, VIRTKEY, CONTROL

I just need a ticket to justify the backport.
