Game installer stucks during installation

On ReactOS 0.4.15-x86-dev (Build 20211021-0.4.15-dev-3303-g1ade494).

Using VMWare Workstation 16 Player.

I tried to install the game Need for Madness in ROS. Its official installer stucks after you start installing the game, and it doesn't stop "installing". Thankfully, at the same time the installer don´t install the files. Only the needed folders and those remain empty.

The program becomes unresponsive and the froze installation process cannot be cancelled or even fully closed by the Task Manager.

How to replicate the bug:

1. Go to http://www.needformadness.com/ (the official web of the game).
2. Download the Windows zip.
3. Extract NFM-Setup.exe
4. Run it, select a location and install the game.

It's worth saying that the game itself is only 20 mb, and it's strange that the installer cannot manage such small files in this os, while in Windows works completely fine. Also the full game runs perfect in both os.

I made a comparison between the game installed by this installer and the original full game that should have been installed.

I left a sped up video split into 2 parts replicating the bug, the log of the os during that session and another log where I just simply turn on the virtual machine, run NFM-Setup.exe, installs the game, try to cancel the process and turn off the machine.
