NVDA 2017.3 installer fail, nullptr is dereferenced in WIN32SS

    Description

      Software tested: NVDA 2017.3
      ROS version: 0.4.15-dev-3318-g1b35626 GCC Debug
      ROS mode: Workstation.

      Description: The installer breaks just after starting. In the log we can see lot of libraries missing or failing.

      Log: nvda log gcc.log

      It's designed to work under Windows XP or later. It works also in current Wine.
