Microsoft Word Viewer 2003, tabbing through the register cards does suddenly make the window jump

vs MS Word Viewer 2003 from rapps. Ftr I installed the german localization here.

Reproduction steps

• open some arbitrary sample.doc
• now click "file", then "property". A dlg with register cards will open up
• click through several of its tabs

Expected result
it should display each tab without making the dialog jump

Observed result
drawing gltiches and a jumping dialog, often around the 4th register-card-switch. It is not necessarily always the same register-card that triggers that bug
