Midnight Commander, does not properly restore the desktop resolution when exiting the app from fullscreen

Reproduction steps

• set the desktop resolution to 800x600
• install and run Midnight Commander 4.8.19 from rapps
• hit alt+enter, the app will switch to fullscreen in some smaller resolution, maybe 640x480 or something like that
• now press F10 or click with the mouse bottom-right to Exit the app

Expected result
the desktop resolution of 800x600 should be restored, like on 2k3sp2

(note: to properly run the app in 2k3sp2 you need to copy bcrypt.dll and mbedtls.dll from ros to system32)

Observed result
ros erroneously sticks to the lower resolution, and does not restore the original desktop resolution
