Miranda IM, the submenu of systray context menu is not aligned properly, and therefore hard to use

Reproduction steps

• install and run Miranda IM 0.10.21 from rapps
• enter some arbitrary profile name, to make the systray icon appear
• right-click the systray icon and hover the mouse over the item "Main Menu"
• a submenu expands

Expected result
the submenu should be positioned like on 2k3sp2 which makes it easy to navigate

Observed result
the submenu is positioned incorrectly, too much shifted to the top, which makes it hard to navigate in it
