Description
ReactOS Version: 0.4.15-dev-3361-g39003dd
It crashes with a "this program has caused the Runtime to terminate improperly" message when placing the attached notice.mp3 in the root directory of the drive where ReactOS is installed. I am attaching logs that hopefully help in pointing to the cause of the issue.
