can't get past cursor on 32-bit apic pc with acpi 2 enabled installer

The version number is 0.4.15-dev-3421-g6a4ca21-msvc-win-dbg.

I tried to test if the filesystem check was already working, I'm doing msvc now instead of gcc and now the installer won't get past a black screen with a blinking cursor.

I don't know where the logs go on my usb stick, or if there are any at all.
