This is another partial duplicate of CORE-8217. It was reported back in 2015 by kostinio. To see the problem, change the default text in the 3D text ScreenSaver's settings dialog box to something other than "ReactOS Rocks!". Now change the timeout to 1 minute and stop moving the mouse until the timeout expires.
When the timeout occurs, the text shown will be "ReactOS Rocks!" again ignoring what had been set earlier. The attached patch is by kostinio, but I have tested it thoroughly and it works well for me. This makes use of the HKU/.Default registry entry which is also known as "LOCALSYSTEM". The text to be used is saved to duplicate locations after this patch. One is used for the "preview" display and the other in the actual full-screen display on timeout.
