    Description

      Themes are not downloaded from RAPPS: Plex, Slste, Windows NT 3, Zeth.

      In Windows XP, I can download them from the links:

      https://github.com/petr-akhlamov/ros-repo/raw/master/slate.exe

      https://github.com/petr-akhlamov/ros-repo/raw/master/winnt3.exe

      Other themes: Longhorn 5048 Aero Theme, Luna, luna Beta, Watercolor, Watercolor Lite - are downloaded from RAPPS.
