LiveCD fails to boot while USB card reader is inserted

When I start LiveCD with USB card reader plugged in, OS fail to load and hangs.
Both in regular and Screen mode.

I can't attach COM connector for debugging since it is located near USB port and USB device is so large that it prevents COM from connecting.
So I put photo of last showed lines in Screen mode instead.

(This is not the same device as in CORE-7273)
