SQLiteAdmin 0.8.3.2 menus have appended a "F17" string

    Description

      Software affected: SQLiteAdmin 0.8.3.2
      Environment: ReactOS 0.4.15-x86-dev (Build 20211202-0.4.15-dev-3487-ga452d0f) (local branch but reproducible on at least every recent build)

      Steps to reproduce: download application, uncompress and execute, select your language and wait for the main window to load. Then you'll se the menus with a "F17" string appended, this does not happens on Windows XP
