LiveCD does not boot to desktop on Asus X570-Plus when AHCI controller is disabled

Booting LiveCD from RAM disk. When the AHCI controller is enabled, ReactOS is able to reach desktop and can be used with PS/2 emulated keyboard (0.4.15-dev-3474-g067c08c-AHCI-enabled.log), UniATA does not work however and ReactOS can't access drives on AHCI controller anyway (CORE-16508). When the AHCI controller is disabled in UEFI, ReactOS gets stuck on installing devices with "HDA_InterruptService 0" endless spam in debug log  (0.4.15-dev-3474-g067c08c-AHCI-disabled.log).
