[HELP][PATCH] When building with vs2015 and vs2017, it errors at [lang\tr-TR.rc] with "RC2102: string literal too long"

    Description

      The [tr-TR] localization of [HELP] module compilation fails with "RC2102" error when building with vs2017 and vs2015.

      The provided patch is based in the work done at https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-7405, and moves the string split location so that the first part of the message is not too long anymore.
