    Description

      NEC PC-98 keyboard uses a proprietary serial protocol, interfacing via NEC uPD8251A keyboard controller. Device identifier for it is *nEC1300.

      Windows 2000 implements PC-98 keyboard support within i8042prt.sys driver, however in our case it would be better to implement separate driver, since the chip it uses has nothing with 8042 PS/2 controller.
