Win32K Frankenstein renders some fonts too big in explorer

    Description

      When replacing the Win32K-subsystem with the 2k3sp2 one like described in CORE-16479, we do render some fonts in explorer too big.

      "Address" and "1 object selected" are rendered too big

      The video was recorded 2021-12-26 at some ros build roughly around 0.4.15-dev-3507-g00ffe2d.
