Try to first install opera 12.18 on reactOS application manager

then install: https://www.opera.com/ (Lastest opera) its install as 2 opera but only old get running.

Try to download zonealarm free https://softradar.com/zonealarm-free-firewall/14.3.119.000/ its complete kill opera so much start it again.
