Minor Description
You can visually notice it when opening System Properties, there is no frequency specified, the line where it usually should be is empty. Also when you open Device Manager and look for the Processor, it will show 0 MHz.
The registry key ~MHz inside CentralProcessor key is also not created.
However this does not seem to affect the running system in any way, at the first glance.
