Java 8u11 does not install

Java 8u11 setup from rapps does not longer finish successfully.

my last test to install it on ros 0.4.14RC101 did succeed

but it fails in 0.4.15-dev-3628-ga6bf77e.log 0.4.15-dev-3628-ga6bf77e.png

It's possible (but not verified) that it only works in the releases thanks to the workaround https://git.reactos.org/?p=reactos.git;a=commit;h=0fbebb8f7314ef6a14a53259513108455c9acc99

I don't remember whether that setup ever worked in master branch before.
