[REGRESSION] livecd doesnt boot in Acer E1-522 laptop

After doing some regtesting i found that rev. 3461 boots to desktop with no problems (see https://twitter.com/reactos/status/1469040441429536779)

And the right next build (3462) does not, so guilty commit seems to be

Unfortunately i can´t get any log. This laptop does not have serial ports and crashes happen at a very early boot stage. I have made a video with the error messages:
