Recycle Bin does not show correctly the icons of elements

    Description

      Following CORE-3938 fix, the Recycle Bin can show the icon of (some of) its elements.
      However, not all icons are shown correctly:

      • deleted shortcuts don't show their icons (including the arrow);
      • deleted executables without any icon (that should therefore show the default icon from the shell) show instead the "empty-file" icon.

      NOTE: ReactOS' shell can correctly display the shortcuts (and iconless exes) icons in detail mode:
