    Description

      This ticket is basically a clone of CORE-5199 which was fixed earlier, but now the same bug appeared again.

      Guilty commit: 0.4.15-dev-3740-gb80d806.

      Replacing videoprt.sys driver from Windows 2003 does not hide the problem, so it might be something wrong in Win32SS or elsewhere.
