Description
Environment: Real Hardware - Advent 4211 (RTL8187SE)
Description: The adapter have the icon of correctly installed. Inside the Properties it shows as working properly. However, if I use the wlanconf command, any of the instructions works, only says: "Unable to find a WLAN adapter on the system". It did work. Thanks to Temmie I found it recently via the Telegram chat because he quoted something about it's dlink adapter. As I can see... No one tested their RealHard WLAN after changes.
Last good: 0.4.15-dev-3317-g6ce259e-x86
Guilty: 0.4.15-dev-3318-g1b35626-x86 (

)
Edition: This issue affects every WLAN adapter I tried, I deduce that affects ALL the Wlan adaptors. Also I tested my rtl8188eu with an old driver found in this link. Retest please if yours is affected too.
I attach a debug log with the IPHLPAPI in the debugchannel activated. IPHLPAPI no bug.txt is the last working log, the IPHLPAPI bug.txt is the faulty one. The difference is minimal (is all about taking the name of the device?). https://www.diffchecker.com/1gvLcnCB
Reverting the commit fixes the issue, but I don't know what was the point of the commit. Or if any else modules are affected too.
