Window-Snap, pressing WinKeyDownArrow followed by WinKeyUpArrow

Reporting that against 0.4.15-dev-3780-gbf16435_affected.log.

Reproduction steps

• Open an arbitrary Window, e.g. the filebrowser in "restored" aka "windowed state".
• Then press WinKey+Down-Arrow-Key, the Window will minimize. Fine
• Then press WinKey+Up-Arrow-Key

Expected result

• The Window should return into "restored state", aka "windowed state".

Observed result
the window will stay minimized erroneously
The only thing we'll log is:

(win32ss/user/ntuser/winpos.c:787) err: FIXME: Parent is Desktop, Min off screen!

and I guess that is unrelated.

It was always like that since the feature "Window snapping" was introduced in 0.4.12-dev-373-g7e39678. It is nothing new. I have mentioned that in chat several years ago, but I guess I did not ever create a ticket about it yet.
