Drive properties dialog reopens after 1st cancel

    Description

      1. Open Properties dialog of a drive (C:, D:, ...).
      2. Cancel. [Ok does not trigger this issue.]
      2r. Dialog closes, then immediately reopens.
      3. Cancel.
      3r. Dialog closes, and does not reopen.
