[ICON] TeamViewer systray icon is not shown.

Software tested: TeamViewer 11 - https://download.teamviewer.com/download/version_11x/TeamViewer_Setup.exe
ROS version: Current master (Screen shot is from previous build reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-3318-g1b35626)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install ROS.
2. Install TeamViewer. Skip the failures.
3. Open the software. There should be an icon in the SysTray, but there is an empty space. It can make the other systray icons to be empty too.

PD: In current master you would face an assert such like CORE-17926 when trying to launch the installer.
