BusLogic driver fails to install

0.4.15-dev-3894-gdd5a634-x86-msvc-win-dbg

Testing was done in VMware with the BusLogic SCSI controller and a single 10 gigabyte SCSI disk.

During the device installation phase of both the LiveCD and the BootCD, the following error will appear in the debug log:

(dll\win32\syssetup\classinst.c:120) Failed to read the ClassGUID! (Error 2)

err:(dll\win32\newdev\newdev.c:1006) DevInstallW failed with error 2

(base\services\umpnpmgr\install.c:226) InstallDevice failed for DeviceInstance 'PCI\VEN_104B&DEV_1040&SUBSYS_1040104B&REV_01\2&b3ac4ede&10'

The effects are unnoticeable at the moment because Scsiport doesn't support PnP yet, but it stops Scsiport's AddDevice routine from being called for the BusLogic controller which will be an issue in the future.

To replicate:

1. Create a new VMware virtual machine with the BusLogic SCSI controller.
2. Either boot the LiveCD, or install ReactOS with the BootCD and get to the "Installing devices..." phase.
