CMD should drop the readonly flag on normal file copies from one folder to another, but doesn't on ros

Contrary on ros 0.4.15-dev-3896-g248fe47 it wouldn't unset that read-only-flag erroneously.

And I do confirm the difference in behavior here on my XPSP3.
If I copy a readonly file from C:\test.txt to some other folder on the same drive, the cmd+copy command on XP does always remove the read-only-flag at the destination.
(That is different to copying with the shell, which will remain the source files flag!!!)
