Backport, Fix MSVC x86 dbg compiler warnings

All of the warnings that I will address in here can be observed with MSVC 2010SP1 (16.0.40219.1) and building in debug configuration for x86 target.

I need a fresh ticket to link the commits against, because often the fixes on master had no specific JIRA ticket assigned, or were coupled to other fixes (e.g. x64) that I do not want to port back in here.

The ticket will remain active for a while, because the warning count is high. Most of the warnings are only of minor importance.

But I believe that it is easier to reach a low total count on the older branches, than it is for master head. Because master head has constant Winesync- and other feature-inflow.

I will not trigger a carrier-release-build for each fix, because that would take years. Only now and then (when building for other reasons).
