Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable is not installed

    Description

      I have a ReactOS 0.4.15-x86-dev (build 20220420-0.4.15-dev4428-g2f2795a.GNU_8.4.0  Reporting NT 5.2 (duild 3790:SP2)

      I am try install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable and see error.

      Steps:

      1. Install operating system to BTRFS disk
      2. Start App manager
      3. Start install MVC++ Redist 2015
      4. In initialization will be error
