BSOD 0x50 - Focus switching between explorer window and desktop

    Description

      As indicated on #Development channel and notified to katayama_hirofumi_mz, I am receiving this BSOD when quickly leave an explorer window (e.g. an opened folder) and click icons on desktop (e.g. Computer icon).
