IO1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED on AHCI-only controller

While booting on Prime-H310M-C R2 motherboard (i3-8100), after saying to press a key to boot, just a black screen on bootcd. On livecd, I see the drivers loading but it stops.

Tested two builds 0.4.14-release-15-gb6088a6 (bootcd) and 0.4.15-dev-4472-g14d50cc (livecd), behavior is the same, bug check 0x00000069 (IO1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED), probably UniATA problem.
