2nd stage installer visual glitch after CORE-18137 shell32 fix

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Install ReactOS from BootCD
      • Boot to 2nd stage
      • Go through installation with all defaults
      • In the end there are visual glitches

      The problem does not seem to affect functionality of the installer, it's probably just a visual bug.
