    Description

      Last working revision is 0.4.15-dev-1408-g582ca68 so the landing of CORE-17132 (i.e. rev a97c6e0) may cause this issue.

      serial boot log of 0.4.15-dev-1408-g582ca68 and today's latest rev (0.4.15-dev-4538-g242e0b4) are attached.
